How we help

NELA^® administers Federal Family Education Loan Program loans that it guaranteed to students and parents prior to July 1, 2010. NELA is an affiliate of USA Funds and contracts with affiliates of Sallie Mae to deliver some of the services necessary to support NELAs’ role as a student loan guarantor. Students and parents can access additional information about applying for, managing and repaying federal student loans in the Borrowers section of our website.
